Appointment types

Session length is designed to suit your needs and keep the plan simple to follow.

Initial consultation (45 minutes)

  • Assessment of symptoms, movement and function
  • Clear diagnosis direction and goals
  • Hands-on treatment where appropriate
  • Exercise plan to start immediately

Follow-up (30 minutes)

  • Progress check and re-assessment
  • Progressions to exercises and activity
  • Manual therapy / treatment as indicated
  • Education, pacing and flare-up planning

Note: Medicare/private health rebates depend on eligibility and your insurer/plan. Travel included.

Medicare (GP Management Plan / EPC)

If eligible, Medicare support may be available with the correct GP paperwork. A gap fee may apply.

Private health insurance

You may be able to claim a rebate depending on your extras cover. Rebates vary by fund and level of cover.
