Appointment types
Session length is designed to suit your needs and keep the plan simple to follow.
Initial consultation (45 minutes)

- ✓Exercise plan to start immediately
Follow-up (30 minutes)
- ✓Progress check and re-assessment
- ✓Progressions to exercises and activity
- ✓Manual therapy / treatment as indicated
- ✓Education, pacing and flare-up planning

Note: Medicare/private health rebates depend on eligibility and your insurer/plan. Travel included.

Medicare (GP Management Plan / EPC)
If eligible, Medicare support may be available with the correct GP paperwork. A gap fee may apply.
